Our Obligations

01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and 777sz ios ("777sz ios", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777sz ios platform available at 777szios.net, including all games, sports betting markets, live dealer services, Cockfighting / Sabong streams, jackpot slot titles, and any other services offered under the 777sz ios brand.

By registering an account with 777sz ios, making a deposit in Pakistani Rupee (PKR), placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 777sz ios platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Where amendments are material, 777sz ios will notify registered members by email to the address associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Non-material amendments take effect immediately upon publication at 777szios.net/terms-and-conditions.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a 777sz ios account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older. 777sz ios is strictly an 18+ platform. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any activity on the 777sz ios platform under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your registered Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an existing 777sz ios account. Each individual may hold only one account on the 777sz ios platform. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Your 777sz ios account is personal to you and may not be used to receive or place bets on behalf of another person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with 777sz ios specifically or with any other gambling platform to which 777sz ios is contractually obligated to give effect.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 777sz ios Login credentials, including your username and password. 777sz ios will never ask for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. You should never share your login credentials with any other person.

You are responsible for all activity conducted on your 777sz ios account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. Your 777sz ios account balance is maintained in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). No interest accrues on account balances held with 777sz ios. In the event that a 777sz ios account is inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, 777sz ios may apply a maintenance fee of 500 PKR per month, deducted from the available account balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the account holder's registered email address.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at 777sz ios are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). 777sz ios does not accept deposits in any other currency and does not apply currency conversion charges to any PKR transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at 777sz ios is 500 PKR. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 777sz ios account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transfer. Deposits via Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and SadaPay are typically credited within the same business day. 777sz ios does not charge deposit fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal from your 777sz ios account is 1,000 PKR. To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must have undergone CNIC age and identity verification. Withdrawals to verified Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank are processed within the same business day. 777sz ios does not charge withdrawal processing fees.

777sz ios reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above 500,000 PKR, including but not limited to a source of funds declaration, as part of our Anti-Money Laundering obligations. All requests for supporting documentation will be communicated to the member in writing via their registered email address.

05 Gaming Rules and Conduct

All games available on the 777sz ios platform — including slot titles, live dealer table games, Cockfighting / Sabong markets, jackpot slots, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game providers. In cases of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules provide greater benefit to the member.

All game outcomes at 777sz ios are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited by eCOGRA, iTech Labs, or an equivalent recognised testing laboratory. Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are the mathematically verified long-term theoretical return rates as determined by independent audit. 777sz ios does not manipulate or modify game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or interrupted live stream — 777sz ios will apply the following principle: bets placed and accepted before the malfunction are honoured at the earliest possible opportunity. 777sz ios reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where there is credible evidence of manipulation, exploitation of a software error, or collusion between players. Members who believe a game outcome is incorrect must raise the issue with 777sz ios support within 30 days of the event, providing their account username, the game name, and the approximate date and time of the disputed round.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

777sz ios offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, tournament prizes, and referral rewards to its members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the point of the offer, which include the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, time limits, and maximum cashout (where applicable).

The general bonus principles applicable across all 777sz ios promotions are as follows:

1. Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Prohibited Activities

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777sz ios platform — including but not limited to the 777sz ios name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, video streams, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777sz ios or its licensed suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777sz ios platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the 777sz ios platform or its content.

10 Limitation of Liability

In the event of platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, 777sz ios will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance periods to members in advance.

11 Privacy and Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in connection with your 777sz ios account is governed by the 777sz ios Privacy Policy, available at 777szios.net/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and 777sz ios.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data — including your CNIC details, mobile number, PKR transaction records, and gaming history — as described in the Privacy Policy, for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the 777sz ios service.

777sz ios does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in operating the 777sz ios platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game technology suppliers — under strict data processing agreements that require them to handle your data only as directed by 777sz ios and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

12 Termination

You may close your 777sz ios account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or by activating self-exclusion via your account settings. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account) within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus funds remaining in a closed account are forfeited.

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• 777sz ios has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity connected to your account;
• You provide false information during registration or identity verification;
• A court or regulatory authority orders the suspension or closure of your account;
• Your continued use of the platform poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to 777sz ios.

Where an account is closed by 777sz ios for cause (breach of Terms), any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately substantiated, the verified balance will be returned to the member.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. These Terms are written in English, and the English-language version shall be the controlling version in the event of any ambiguity arising from a translation.

777sz ios does not represent or warrant that the use of its platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 777sz ios complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 777sz ios provides its services only to users who are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to them.
